I aim to get your order out the door within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You’ll receive another notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, order value, and delivery type. Prices start at £3.50.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at talktome@republicofhappy.co.uk with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. If the return was due to my mistake, I will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the refund will be for the order amount minus any shipping costs I paid.

Pre-order Shipping Information

For pre-order items, please note that the estimated dispatch date is displayed on the product page and at checkout. As these products are being made on demand, the dispatch date is an estimate and could be subject to delays due to production or shipping issues. If there are any changes to the estimated dispatch date, I’ll notify you by email.

Once your pre-order item is ready, it will be shipped according to the shipping options available at checkout.

Please keep in mind:

• Pre-order items will be shipped when they’re ready, so if you've ordered in-stock items as well, everything will be dispatched together.

• If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, feel free to email me at talktome@republicofhappy.co.uk, and I’ll arrange separate shipping.
