I’d be really sad to hear that you weren’t happy with your purchase, but I totally get that sometimes things don’t work out.
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, just email me at talktome@republicofhappy.co.uk. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don’t send anything back without contacting me first. I won’t be able to accept it.
I recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, just in case.
Please note:
• If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, but I’ll refund you for the item and the original standard delivery charge. If you paid for an upgraded delivery service (like express shipping), I can only refund the cost of my standard delivery option.
• If the item is faulty or I made a mistake, I’ll refund you in full, including the original delivery cost and the return postage.
If your order was returned to me because it couldn’t be delivered, I may ask you to cover the postage before I send it again. If you’d rather cancel, I’ll refund you minus the original delivery charge.

Please check your order when it arrives! If it’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email me at talktome@republicofhappy.co.uk straight away with your order number and a photo. I’ll take a look and sort things out for you as quickly as possible.
I can’t accept returns on sale items (unless they’re faulty) or anything sold as a ‘second’.
If you’d like a different item, the best way is to return the one you have, and once it’s accepted, place a new order.
Once I’ve received and checked your return, I’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, I’ll refund you on your original payment method.
• If you changed your mind, I’ll refund the item price plus the original standard delivery cost, but you’ll need to cover the return postage.
• If the item was faulty or incorrect, I’ll refund everything, including delivery.
Refunds usually take up to 10 working days, but your bank or payment provider might take a little longer to process it on their end.
